Prior to forming AltaPacific Bank, Mr. Hall was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Business Bancorp and the Chief Executive Officer of Business Bank of California, until its acquisition by UnionBanCal in 2004. Previously, Mr. Hall was President and CEO for both MCB Financial and Metro Commerce Bank. He also served as a Director of each of these institutions. Mr. Hall has extensive banking experience and has been a bank senior executive officer for over 20 years. Mr. Hall is a resident of Sonoma County. Mr. Hall earned his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from University of California, Riverside.
Mr. Basirico has more than 37 years of financial services experience in the Southern California market with over 30 years at the executive management level including positions as Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Basirico served for ten years as the Chief Credit Officer of Citizens Business Bank where he was responsible for the entire lending division comprised of 37 branch offices and several specialized lending departments. Mr. Basirico was also responsible for the lending due diligence process for the acquisition of several banks during his tenure. Mr. Basirico graduated from California State University at San Bernardino and attended Dartmouth’s School of Credit and Financial Management.
Mr. Christenson is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at three independent community banks. Most recently, Mr. Christenson served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Financial Bancorp and its subsidiary bank, Bank of Lodi, NA. Prior to that, Mr. Christenson served as the Chief Financial Officer of River City Bank and CapitalBank. Prior to his bank managerial positions, Mr. Christenson worked as an audit manager at Perry-Smith and Company from 1990 to 1993, and as an audit supervisor at Grant Thornton International from 1985 to1990. Mr. Christenson received his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Sacramento.
Ms. Law is a graduate of the University of Riverside with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Administrative Studies and received her M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from California State University at San Bernardino. She began her banking career in 1989 with Inland Empire National Bank in Riverside and before leaving, became Vice President and Branch Manager. She then moved to Bank of California in San Bernardino as Vice President and Loan Officer to gain exposure to a much larger financial institution. Bank of California was sold and Shirley joined De Anza National Bank, Riverside, as a Vice President and Loan Officer. When De Anza was sold, she returned to Inland Empire National Bank before joining Citizens Business Bank as a Vice President and Credit Administrator. She worked closely with 10 of the Bank's larger branches and some specialized departments like Construction and Asset Based Lending. After 4 1/2 years at Citizens Business Bank, Shirley joined Security Bank of California in Riverside as a Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Administrator where she was involved with loan approvals, formation of the Allowance and Lease Loss Reserve, Special Assets, Construction, and Asset Based Lending.
Ms. Reade’s banking experience includes 25 years in mid- and upper-level management positions with four community banks in the San Francisco Bay Area. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Greater Bay Bank, Marin, in San Rafael, California. Previously Ms. Reade was a founding shareholder of Marin Community Bank (which later changed its name to Metro Commerce Bank), and was employed there from the bank’s inception in 1989, through the merger with Business Bank, until its acquisition by UnionBanCal in 2004. During her tenure at the bank she held the positions of Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Senior Vice President, Loan Administration. Prior to joining Metro Commerce Bank, Ms. Reade was employed by First National Bank of Marin, serving as SVP – Business Development/Construction Loan Manager, and by Redwood Bank and Redwood Bancorp in various operations positions.
With over 20 years of diversified operations experience in the banking industry, Ms. Moran served as Senior Vice President and Compliance Officer for Business Bank of California until its acquisition by UnionBanCal in 2004. Prior to the merger of Metro Commerce Bank with Business Bank, Ms. Moran served as Senior Vice President and Director of Operations for Metro Commerce Bank. Prior to joining Metro Commerce Bank in 1998, Ms. Moran was employed as the Compliance Officer and Internal Auditor of Surety Bank, and served in various positions at First National Bank of Marin, and Redwood Bank. Ms. Moran has also provided independent examination consulting services, including performing audit review in areas of compliance, operations, and lending at various financial institutions. Ms. Moran received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley.
Mr. Olhan has served as both a bank senior executive officer and federal banking regulator. This background includes evaluating and managing the various risk components of financial institutions. Previously, he was Chief Credit Officer and Chief Risk Officer at First National Bank of Marin, Las Vegas, NV. While employed by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Mr. Olhan served as an Associate National Bank Examiner in San Francisco. Mr. Olhan received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from University of San Francisco.
